Celebrate the big guy!

Hey all! I did not realize it had been so long since I posted. I am so sorry! I had to hop on quick and share a project I did for a friend who retired the end of June! I was so excited to see this project on Pinterest and knew I had to make it for my friend that it would be right up his ally!

I call it the man bouquet! I went to Walmart and picked up a pot. I put a round styrofoam wreath in the center so I would have something to stick the sticks in. I glued little bottles of alcohol and cigars to the sticks and stuck them in the wreath. I did put glue on the end of the sticks so they would not move around much in the styrofoam. And then I bought some crinkle paper from Hobby Lobby and filled it around the bottom to give it the grassy look.

What would one of my projects be without my K. Andrews stamps????

I used the Guy Talk stamp set to make little flowers with the saying Kick back & Relax and You da Man! What better way to give a little more fun to the project right??

Here is the stamp set. I highly recommend you have this for all the men in your life!! You know you are always looking for good saying to make a "manly" card..... HERE THEY ARE!!!

Okay that is all from me for now my friends! I have to get ready to go teach Summer School!!! ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL DAY!

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T FORGET! This Friday is the monthly Getting Cricky Blog Hop! We will be showing off our Celebration Styles!!!! PLEASE JOIN US!!! Hop starts at 8 EST :) See you then my friends!!
